General Terms & Conditions
Arogyvym Online Private Limited – Direct Selling Program
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Arogyvym Direct Selling Business. By registering as a Direct Seller (also referred to as "Distributor", "Wellness Partner", or "Associate"), you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Eligibility
∙You must be an Indian citizen, at least 18 years of age.
∙You must submit valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, etc.).
∙Each individual is allowed only one direct selling ID with Arogyvym.

2. Enrollment
∙Joining is voluntary and free of coercion.
∙You must sign a legally compliant Direct Seller Agreement.
∙No registration or hidden joining fee is charged.

3. Code of Conduct
∙You agree to follow ethical business practices.
∙No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about products or income potential are permitted.
∙Direct selling must be done only through word-of-mouth, personal contact, or digital media, not on the third party retail stores or unauthorised platforms.

4. Compensation & Commissions
∙All incentives are based on sales of Arogyvym products, as per the company’s official compensation plan.
∙Commissions are paid weekly/monthly to the registered bank account after deductions of applicable taxes (TDS/GST).
∙No earnings are promised or guaranteed; income is purely performance-based.

5. Product Purchase & Returns
∙Products purchased by direct sellers for personal use or resale are governed by the Return & Refund Policy available on the website.
∙No inventory stocking or minimum purchase is mandatory.

6. Termination
Arogyvym may suspend or terminate your Direct Seller account if:
∙You violate the Terms or Code of Conduct
∙Engage in misrepresentation or cross-recruitment
∙Remain inactive for 6 consecutive months

7. Grievance Redressal
∙A designated Grievance Officer will address all concerns within 45 days as per Rule 6 of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

8. Amendments
Arogyvym reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on www.arogyvym.com and www.arogyvym.shop and deemed accepted by continued participation.
