📅 Order Cancellation Before Shipping
∙Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
∙To cancel, email us at info@arogyvym.com or call at our customer care number, mentioned on the websites with your Order ID.
∙If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

📦 Cancellation After Dispatch
∙Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
∙You may, however, choose to reject the order at the time of delivery. Refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed once the product is returned to us in original condition.

🔁 Auto-Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled by Arogyvym under the following conditions:
∙Product unavailable or out of stock
∙Invalid shipping address or contact details
∙Payment issues or incomplete transactions
You will be informed via SMS/email in such cases.

💳 Refund Timelines
∙Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
∙For COD orders, refund will be made via NEFT/UPI upon receiving your bank details.
