At Arogyvym Online Private Limited, we strive to ensure that our customers are
completely satisfied with our products and services. We follow a transparent and fair return
and refund policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules,
2020, and relevant guidelines issued by the Government of India.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1.The product delivered is damaged, expired, wrong item, or defective.
2.The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with seal
intact.
3.Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
🚫 Non-Returnable Products
∙Opened or used health supplements and juices
∙Items without original packaging
∙Products purchased under clearance or special discount
∙Free samples and gift items
Note: Ayurvedic and health consumables are generally non-returnable due to hygiene and
safety concerns unless damaged or defective.
🔄 Return Process
1.Email us at info@arogyvym.com or call at the mentioned customer care number
on the contact us page of our official website, within 7 days of receiving your order.
2.Provide order ID, product images, and reason for return.
3.After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or advise you on
return steps.
4.Upon receiving the item and quality check approval, refund will be initiated.
💳 Refunds
∙Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
∙In case of COD orders, refund will be made via NEFT/UPI to your registered bank
details.
∙Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
⚖️ Legal Compliance
We follow all mandates laid out in the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce
Rules, 2020.
Customers are entitled to fair grievance redressal, transparency, and timely updates during the
return process.
